All orders are inspected before shipment

is made for quality control.

  Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

A picture of your chosen design will be emailed

 to you before the item is sewn for your approval.

Downloaded Designs will be emailed as zip file

within 24 hours if format is PES. 

If different format is requested,

additional time may be needed,

but always less than 36 hours.

 Shipment will be made within 7 days if item is in stock.

Special Orders may take up to 2 weeks.

Shipping rates are based on weight and your zip code.

We never charge handling :))
